Please fill out all the required information when requesting a booking. You will be sent a acknowledgement email after requesting your booking. Once we have confirmed all your details we will accept your booking and you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain a link to pay a 10% non refundable deposit to fully secure your booking. If this isn't paid within 24 hours then the booking will automatically be cancelled. We understand plans may change, if you need to cancel your booking or change the dates please let us know as soon as possible. All deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to another future booking.
Please note we charge by the day. This means you will be charged for the day you drop your dog off and the day you pick them up. For example, an overnight stay from Monday - Tuesday would be charged at 2 days even if the dog was dropped off Monday morning and picked up Tuesday morning.
We accept dogs of all ages, from puppies to older dogs. We accept all breeds, however we cannot accept any breeds on the banned breeds list due to our insurances.
We accept bitches in season, we have a seperate kennel block and field we use for any bitches in season. This is to prevent other boarders from becoming stressed.
We can give medication to your dog during their stay with us, please discuss any medication needs with our friendly staff on drop off.
We will need to see your vaccination card on arrival. Please see our vaccination page on what your dog needs to board with us.
